Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organizations ongoing operations and procedures.

You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business.

The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of business strategies, plans, budgets, and procedures.
  • Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.
  • Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluating employee performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Writing and submitting reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
  • Assisting CEO in fundraising ventures.
  • Participating in expansion activities: investments, acquisitions, and corporate partnerships.
  • Management of relationships with partners/vendor.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or in a similar relevant position.
  • Understanding of diverse business functions such as HR, Finance, Engineering, Marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Experience in fundraising -a plus.
  • Experience in public companies- a plus.
  • Experience in renewable energy company- a plus.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Located in Tel Aviv.

Projects Manager

We’re looking for a high responsibility, hands-on, manager who can work on a large variety of projects deployed worldwide in a dynamic working environment.

What you will do:

  • The position includes various stages of project development: R&D, design, tender management, supplier management, quality control and supervision of project installation and ongoing O&M.
  • Management of various suppliers, timelines, and budgets.
  • Direct reporting to the CEO
  • Presentation to clients
  • High level documents preparation

Requirements:

  • Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – an advantage
  • Proficiency in Solid Works – an advantage
  • Fluency in English, Hebrew, and Russian – a must.
  • At least 3 years’ experience – a must.
  • Experience or understanding in hydraulics – a significant advantage.
  • Experience in a renewable energy company – an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Occasional travel abroad

Marketing Manager/Marketing Communications Manager

Required Marketing Manager/Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the marketing plan of the organization.
  • Constructing a detailed marketing plan with clear KPIs.
  • Developing company projects and publicity campaigns.
  • Producing various content types including emails, publications, articles, PR materials, etc.
  • Management of Website & Social Media Content: Including the development of new content and website maintenance. Post generation, creation of new pages, and solicit updates from other departments, as well as running social media campaigns.
  • Leading the technical and content aspects of SEO to attract potential customers.
  • Monthly newsletter: preparation and writing of Communication with Customers.
  • Content development and Translations (Hebrew to English and English to Hebrew).
  • Producing reports for board members, shareholders, and on company projects.
  • Preparation of marketing content such as presentation, brochures, video content, and others.

Requirements:

  • English – mother tongue, Hebrew- high level.
  • At least 2 years of full-time work experience in a relevant position.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Very strong writing, proofreading, and copy editing skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Senior Business Development Associate

We are looking for a senior business development associate.

Requirements:

  • University level degree in Business, Economics Marketing, or related field required. Masters degree in a relevant field an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a related field, with a strong preference for business development experience.
  • Proven track record in building and managing international customers and in presenting the benefits of products and services.
  • Experience in working with financial data, including budgets, expenses, and pricing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Mother tongue level English. Additional languages an advantage.
  • Work experience in a renewable energy or cleantech company a distinct advantage.
  • Must be a creative, “Out of the Box” thinker, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative to solve problems.

Personal assistant to the CEO

We are looking for a personal assistant to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Outlook knowledge and Office software (presentations, Excel) – required.
  • Relevant prior experience (at least 1-3 years) – Required.
  • High-level English (writing, reading and speaking) – a must.
  • Ability to deal with multitasking and of multitasking with a lots emails – at least 50 to 100 mails a day – must be answered, classified, and exercised with discretion.
  • Availability for flights abroad – mandatory.
  • High-level order and organization – mandatory
  • Ready for overtime.
