Mechanical Engineer

We’re looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join the multidisciplinary engineering team.

What you will do:

  • Designing and modeling mechanical parts and assemblies
  • Preparing manufacturing drawings
  • Technical documentation of R&D processes.
  • Preparation and submission of technical reports for grant
  • Assistance in the preparation of new patents on the Company’s proprietary technology.
  • Writing reports and studies on the Company’s technology and operational projects.

  • BSc. in Mechanical engineering- a must
  • At least 3 years of working experience with SolidWorks-a must

  • Experience working with AutoCAD-an advantage

Marketing Manager/Marketing Communications Manager

  • Defining the marketing plan of the organization.
  • Constructing a detailed marketing plan with clear KPIs.
  • Developing company projects and publicity campaigns.
  • Producing various content types including emails, publications, articles, PR materials, etc.
  • Management of Website & Social Media Content: Including the development of new content and website maintenance. Post generation, creation of new pages, and solicit updates from other departments, as well as running social media campaigns.
  • Leading the technical and content aspects of SEO to attract potential customers.
  • Monthly newsletter: preparation and writing of Communication with Customers.
  • Content development and Translations (Hebrew to English and English to Hebrew).

Senior Business Development Associate

We are looking for a senior business development associate.


  • University level degree in Business, Economics Marketing, or related field required. Masters degree in a relevant field an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a related field, with a strong preference for business development experience.
  • Proven track record in building and managing international customers and in presenting the benefits of products and services.
  • Experience in working with financial data, including budgets, expenses, and pricing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Mother tongue level English. Additional languages an advantage.
  • Work experience in a renewable energy or cleantech company a distinct advantage.
  • Must be a creative, “Out of the Box” thinker, with the ability to multi-task.

  • Setting and meeting sales, grants and BD related KPIs
  • Prospecting, building a customer pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting, and discussing projects with senior-level management and other decision-makers.

  • The creation of written sales content and documentation (presentations, one pagers, project documents etc)
  • Attendance and participation in industry events and conferences

  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • SEC and Nasdaq
  • Preparing the company’s budget and monthly monitoring.
  • Supervision of accounting including subsidiaries.
  • Debt financing for international renewable energy projects.
  • Working with investors and with IR firms.
  • Pricing of projects and services, and management of project and services execution budgets.
  • M&As in the energy industry (JV’s, shares allocation, projects finance etc.).
  • Management of all financial aspects of grants obtained by the company.
  • Option plans management and monitoring.


  • Certified public accountant – Big 4.
  • Experience in the energy industry -a must
  • Experience in M&A transactions – a must
  • Experience in monthly and quarterly closure processes and internal financial reports and experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • High level communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Experience in a global public company with foreign subsidiaries-a must
  • Experience in transactions in the energy industry such as Power Purchase Agreements, Virtual Power Purchase Agreements etc’.
